Please note that the company reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, or reschedule any of the materials without prior notice. To access course materials, customers must create and register for an account.
It is important to note that completion of these courses or materials will not necessarily result in the attainment of official academic credit.
Payment and Refunds
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct service before making payment. All payments must be made in advance at the time of registration. Payments can be made using credit or debit cards and will be processed immediately.
Payment will appear on the customer’s bank statement under ANWAR ENTERPRISES FZE.
Should a customer wish to terminate the service before the contract ends and seek a refund due to dissatisfaction, a written request must be submitted within 14 days after downloading the course material. Refunds requested outside this period will not be valid. Refunded amounts may take up to 10 working days to reflect in the customer's bank statement.
Delivery
Upon successful payment processing, customers will promptly receive their purchased training materials and content via email. While we strive for instant delivery, please note that actual delivery times can fluctuate, influenced by the user's device connection speed and file size. For instance, video downloads may take longer compared to audio files.
Our commitment is to provide immediate delivery of all items. However, in the rare instance of a delay or if you haven't received your order within 48 hours, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Discontinuation of Services
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, customers acknowledge that Kupidu reserves the right to terminate their access to any or all services at any time and for any reason. Membership may also be revoked if the company suspects a violation of the terms and conditions.
